Fall Birds II

In the past, we have shown some Cardinals that looked pretty bad in their molt, but this guy gets the prize! He's completely lost his red crest feathers.

We caught a few glimpses of this Female Tennessee Warbler as she was migrating south in September.

This appears to be a first-fall Red-eyed Vireo, a bird we don't see very often.

This Nuthatch has just extracted a sunflower seed from the bark of a tree.
