Fruit Jar Get-Together

The Fruit Jar Get-Together was on Saturday, January 10. See Fruit Jar Get-Together for pictures of this meeting and some of the items shown.


Awards were presented to the exhibitors whose displays were voted the best in several categories. See Display Awards for pictures of these folks.


1. Mike Jordan won the Dealer's Choice award with his display of Ball Perfect Masons 1909 - 1962.

2. Jean Harbron showed Jar Art featuring jars with design patents.

3. June Lowry displayed a collection of custom made jars that have been passed out at previous shows. See MAFJ&BC Display Jars.

4. Mike Keith showed his Christmas wish list in Letter to Santa.

5. Joe Coulson brought sets of Jelly Jars with Shipping Cartons.

6. Anne Szopa and Sue Wilson won the Most Educational Award and People's Choice awards with Images of Fruit Jars.

7. Dick Cole displayed Brinkerhoff Jars.

8. Mike Mosier showed Go Withs.

9. Dick Cole had a second display featuring Ball Christmas Ornaments.

10. Norm and Junne Barnett showed some beautiful Jar Paintings.
